the top for me, the most exciting is a good meal, and certainly am gourmet cook when I go out to dinner. Even people I have no problems going to a nice restaurant alone, one can concentrate on the food, you may feel a little soft as it emerges (or not so small) "high" with a good wine ...
But lately I really enjoy good evenings in the company of Carmen, is very good table companion, no offense if suddenly, when a new dish and I do not follow the conversation with her, and I hear what you say, no mosque, ... that is a great effort for a woman. ;-))

I just meant when Gourmet big moments happen. As the "giardino" the other day at Massimo Bottura's restaurant in Modena. Suddenly there are no other issues in the world, neither people nor environments, but there is a "giardino" and me. For a moment, it even seems that the world stops spinning. It's those moments you never forget in life ... And God bless this table who then do not have to suffer from a bad companion. It's the worst of the worst: having someone at my side does not understand me, who can not wait. But, by contrast, is a great joy "wake up" from this dream ... time ... light ... I do not know what to call and meet someone who enjoys just like you. That is the glory, for forgiveness, Carmen.

discuss our experiences in two outstanding sites, such as the restaurant Massimo Bottura ( www.osteriafrancescana.it ) and Paolo Lobriore in Siena ( www.certosadimaggiano.com ). The two crazy loquĂsimos, indeed, total kamikazes. We planned to take pictures of the dishes, as is fashionable now in the blogs, but both Carmen and I forgot almost every dish that idea at the time of view, and moments later we remembered when we went slowly to the floor reality, and then was nearly finished the dish.
