Small madness: As usual in the riff, Eve menu is an unpublished menu, a menu that when I write it only products I use, because not a single dish I have on another occasion. The nice thing is that we break our heads before we tasted the dishes and the same Dec. 31 have all day to change and rectify so that the menu's Eve is a great success.
